Description
Join The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston, as a J-1 Visa Intern in our Food & Beverage department. Experience life in one of Boston’s most iconic hotels while gaining hands-on training in restaurant and event operations. You’ll rotate through our five distinctive dining venues, learning service standards, guest relations, and team coordination in a luxury environment. Our program offers professional growth, cultural exchange, and mentorship from seasoned hospitality leaders. General requirements
Minimum requirements: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Excellent English level required
Compensation
Culinary Arts: 18 per hour
F&B: Minimum wage 5.45+ tips per hour. Participants will make over $15.00 per hour, which includes gratuities.
Front Office: $18 per hour
