Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help identify, verify, and manage potential partner contacts within the hospitality industry. This role requires daily use of spreadsheets, HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and online research tools to maintain an accurate database of hotels, resorts, culinary schools, restaurants, and country clubs.
Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile high-quality leads in the hospitality industry (U.S. and international)
• Verify contact information using LinkedIn, company websites, and public directories
• Send and track outreach messages via email/excel spreadsheets or HubSpot (emails and automated sequences)
• Tag, update, and maintain contact records in HubSpot CRM
• Segment leads by region, industry type.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in lead generation, CRM data management, or outreach
• Proficiency in excel, HubSpot CRM (required)
• Strong research skills using LinkedIn, Google, and company databases
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule (Mandatory)

• All candidates must be available to work during time frame 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• A minimum of 6 hours per day is required within this time frame
• Schedule flexibility allowed within this window, but consistency is expected
