Bookkeeping

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with payroll, and preparing regular financial reports. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate financial records using QuickBooks and in-house accounting software
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and payment tracking

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
Proficient in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop), Excel, and Google Workspace
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Must use a Second Monitor, cost reimbursed by Talent Connect Inc.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies

• All candidates must be available to work a minimum of 4 hours per day during time frame 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
