Description
The Pine Canyon Internship Program offers hospitality students a rare opportunity to gain immersive, hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-end private club environment. Over the course of a fast-paced summer, interns will rotate through multiple areas of club operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver a truly exceptional member experience.
From front-of-house roles like serving, bartending, and supervisory shifts, to behind-the-scenes exposure in culinary operations, interns will build practical skills and confidence in every facet of hospitality.
General requirements
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in guest service, restaurant, or event operations preferred
- Familiarity with fine dining or private club environments is a plus!
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable learning and applying POS systems, service standards, and event procedures
- Flexible and willing to assist across multiple F&B outlets (clubhouse dining, events, outlets, banquets, etc.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation
