Description
The selected individual will be focused on the banquet side of Food & Beverage. Working directly with the Catering & Events Manager and Wedding Planner, he/she will be involved in the day-to-day operation of all F&B with the primary focus being banquets. He/she should have an eye for detail and ready to jump into any event that comes their way; the individual will be responsible for creating BEO (Banquet Event Orders), assist with the planning and organization of events, help create timelines and floor plans, linen orders, staff schedules, etc.
General requirements
Candidates must have previous Catering and Event experience, take pride in their work, have the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and have a passion for the Event/Private Club industry. Candidates must be able to withstand prolonged standing, lifting, and carrying items up to 50lbs. Must be able to not just work, but excel without direct supervision at times.
Compensation
$12/hr
