Description
Resort Team Members support daily operations at Granlibakken Tahoe by helping create a clean, welcoming, and memorable guest experience. Responsibilities may include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, restocking towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities, removing trash and dirty linens, and maintaining hallways, restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, dining areas, and other public spaces. Team members may also assist with laundry, organizing supplies, event setup and breakdown, basic guest requests, recreation support, and general resort operations during busy periods. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude while supporting guest satisfaction in a beautiful resort environment.
General requirements
Previous hotel, resort, or related hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, reach, push, and perform physical tasks during the shift.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive customer service attitude when interacting with guests, supervisors, and team members.
Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing resort needs.
Team-oriented, reliable, professional, and flexible.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
