Description
The Upscale Dining & Beverage intern will be exposed to all areas of the Upscale Dining department in a large, private club environment, to supplement an academic program in hospitality management or related field. The intern will develop and demonstrate knowledge through a series of trainings and structured conversations with managers. The Blue Ridge Room Intern will take on various leadership responsibilities within the restaurant and assist the Blue Ridge Room Manager with running the day-to-day operations.
General requirements
- Previous experience working or training in food and beverage service at a private club preferred
- Current enrollment in a college degree program in hospitality management or similar academic field
Compensation
$12/hr

Housing information
Farmington provides fully furnished apartments to interns on a space-available basis, which they share with other interns. A weekly payroll deduction covers each intern’s use of the apartment.
