Description
Prepares and serves drinks while engaging with guests at the bar. Maintains knowledge of classic cocktails and current drink trends. Manages cash, restocks bar inventory, and ensures responsible alcohol service.
General requirements
- 3+ years restaurant/hospitality and/or banquet service experience
- Structured training in restaurant/catering service
- Some knowledge of, training in and interest in drink preparation
- Self-motivated, with experience working independently
- Takes pride in providing fantastic, warm, caring service
- Detail oriented and organized
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Interest in living in a remote lodging environment
- Leading a healthy, drug-free lifestyle
- Dynamic, fun and likes the outdoors
Compensation
Bartender - $16.50/hour + tips
