Overview
The Account Receivables Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounts receivable department by managing invoicing, payment collections, and client communications. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of receivables, maintains financial records, and contributes to the organization's cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered or products delivered, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments, record transactions, and reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly allocated.
- Client Communication: Follow up with clients via email or phone to ensure timely payment of outstanding
General requirements
Qualifications
- Education: required; bachelor’s or Masters degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role.
- Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, blueam, adobe).
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
