General requirements

1+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
Passion for Italian cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards
The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
