Culinary Arts Rotational Internship
General requirements
The Culinary Arts Rotational Internship is designed for culinary students and recent graduates seeking structured, hands-on exposure to professional kitchen operations in the United States. The program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through multiple culinary stations and gain practical training in food preparation, knife skills, ingredient handling, sanitation standards, kitchen organization, live-service execution, and teamwork within a professional hospitality environment.
Participants will train under the supervision of experienced culinary professionals and will be introduced to different areas of kitchen operations, which may include garde manger, prep kitchen, seafood, vegetables, sauces, hot line, pastry, plating, and service coordination.
Compensation
Culinary Arts: $19.18/hour plus kitchen service charge ($25.00/hour +)

Meal Discounts: A family meal is provided once per shift daily on working days, discounted
meal at Saison at the end of the term pending availability.
Housing information
Housing Information: Visa Sponsor will assist participants with housing leads.
Housing Estimated Cost: $500-$900 per month, based on location and occupancy.
Additional information
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for the J-1 Visa Intern or Trainee programs.
