Twin Farms Relais & Chateaux

Twin Farms Relais & Chateaux is a luxury hotel at 452 Royalton Turnpike in Barnard, Vermont, and part of Tanzerra Resorts. All meals, wine pairings and spirits are included in the all-inclusive rate, and each stay is customized for the guest, with the culinary experience an integral part of the visit. There are no menus on the property; guests share their dietary preferences or restrictions with the culinary team, which creates a customized dining experience for them.

The dining philosophy revolves around the changing seasons, locally grown herbs and vegetables available each day, and each guest's preferences. The chef-selected offerings change daily and are always prepared with the freshest ingredients available. Meals can be enjoyed in the main dining room, on the terrace beside the garden, or as private service in a cottage or suite, atop Ski Hill, along the trail or anywhere else on the property.

Wine Manager and Sommelier Keven Ring selects wines from the 15,000-bottle collection to pair with lunch and dinner, from well-known Californian and French estates to new vintners from across the globe, matched to the meals created by Chef Nathan Rich and his team. A Reserve Wine List of world-renowned premium wines supplements the inclusive wine program. Breakfast is open to anything the guest wishes, lunch is a fixed menu with pre-arranged wine pairings that can also be served as a picnic, and dinner is served in the candle-lit dining room of the Main House, in front of a fire in a cottage or suite, or in the Wine Cellar.

Twin Farms is a member of Relais & Chateaux, was awarded Two Michelin Keys in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and received the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star award in 2026.
