Designed by Martin Brudnizki, The Pembroke restaurant is an established destination in Washington DC for locals and visitors alike. Bathed in natural light, its tranquil décor, abundant greenery, fresh color palette and expansive outdoor terrace offer guests elegance in a relaxed, alfresco setting.

Directly across the way, harking back to a bygone era of classic tailoring, crisp dry martinis and the fabled Camelot era of the Kennedy administration, is Doyle Bar, a glamorous hub for this cosmopolitan city. With sweeping views of Dupont Circle, warm wood paneling, soft jewel-toned banquettes and vibrant artwork, the bar nods to the cocktail culture of the 1950s and 60s. The hotel also boasts an impressive collection of Irish whiskeys, a nod to its proud heritage.
