The Dabney sources its food from the Mid-Atlantic's finest farms and purveyors. The centerpiece of its open kitchen is a wood-burning hearth that lets the team showcase the region's versatility while staying true to its classic cooking methods. In the dining room, guests find bare tables and exposed historic brick walls, service that is refined but relaxed, and a dining experience that is unpretentious, delicious and fun.
Part of the restaurants by Chef Jeremiah Langhorne and Alex Zink, The Dabney was awarded One Michelin Star every year from 2017 to 2025, and Jeremiah Langhorne won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic in 2018.
