Spoon and Stable is a restaurant in the heart of the North Loop in downtown Minneapolis, cooking French fare in a historic building. It is led by Chef and Owner Gavin Kaysen and is part of Soigne Hospitality Group. Beyond the dining room, the team also offers corporate catering, event catering and private chef services.
Gavin Kaysen won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Midwest in 2018, and the restaurant was a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant in 2025. Spoon and Stable was also rated AAA Four Diamond in 2023 and 2025.
