Pineapple and Pearls

Pineapple and Pearls is a fine dining restaurant at 715 8th St SE in Washington, DC, serving New American cuisine as part of Rose's Restaurant Group. Its mission is "to make this the most enjoyable restaurant to work in and the most enjoyable restaurant to dine in", and that is the reason the team does what it does.

The team is big on communication and organization, which it sees as huge keys to success: the better it communicates and organizes itself, the more success it will have. The restaurant held Two Michelin Stars from 2017 through 2023 and One Michelin Star in 2024 and 2025, was rated AAA Five Diamond in 2020 and 2021, and was named among La Liste's Outstanding Restaurants in 2020, 2023, 2025 and 2026.
