Parachute HiFi is an evolution of Parachute Restaurant, which husband and wife team Johnny Clark and Beverly Kim originally opened in 2014. Located at 3500 N Elston Ave in Chicago, Parachute HiFi serves creative, casual Korean American bar fare, with a non-traditional cocktail program, global natural wines, spirits and beers in a music-driven environment.
Johnny Clark and Beverly Kim received the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Great Lakes in 2019.
