Mujō is a 15-seat, omakase-only dining experience in Atlanta serving modern Edomae sushi and small plates, part of Castellucci Hospitality Group. The restaurant uses fresh, raw ingredients sourced from the best fishermen and farms in Japan and the United States. Its goal is not to transport guests to Japan, but to deliver its own style of sushi to Atlanta, inspired by the concept of omotenashi but firmly rooted in southern hospitality.
Mujō was awarded One Michelin Star in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and J. Trent Harris was a James Beard Foundation award nominee for Best Chef: Southeast in 2026.
