Monte's is a neighborhood restaurant in the Lower Village of Montecito, shaped by the seasons, the Central Coast and its own regenerative farm, Rincon Hill Farm.
Led by Executive Chef Daniel Kim, the menu celebrates California cooking through produce grown just a few miles away in Carpinteria. What the farm grows helps guide what the kitchen cooks, allowing the restaurant to move with the rhythm of the land while keeping the experience generous, relaxed and deeply rooted in place.
Through this commitment to thoughtful sourcing, responsible farming and a more connected way of building a restaurant, Monte's was awarded a Michelin Green Star in 2026, just three months after opening.
