Mamani

Mamani is a French fine dining restaurant in Dallas from the Dallas-based hospitality group Feels Like Home, serving French cuisine with an Italian accent from Executive Chef Christophe De Lellis. The cooking is at once approachable and celebrates simplicity, clarity of flavor and the excellence of the ingredients. The founders drew inspiration for the project from their French-born grandmother, whom they fondly call "Mamani." Paris-born chef De Lellis also draws inspiration from his food-loving grandparents, all four of whom are Italian. Mamani is the flagship restaurant of the Quad development in Uptown.

The restaurant is dedicated to offering opportunities to learn, grow and develop as it builds its team, which is focused on genuine hospitality, teamwork and mutual support. Mamani was awarded One Michelin Star in 2025 and was named Restaurant of the Year at the 2026 CultureMap Tastemaker Awards.
