Le Jardinier - Houston is a French restaurant by Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, part of The Bastion Collection.
Chef Verzeroli spent 20 years at the helm of Chef Joel Robuchon's Le Chateau in Tokyo, maintaining a three-star rating from the Michelin Guide, and earlier worked at iconic restaurants such as Chef Alain Passard's three-star l'Arpege.
Le Jardinier Houston brings the vegetable-rich cuisine and classic French approach of its sister restaurants, Le Jardinier Miami and Le Jardinier New York, awarded one Michelin star four months after opening. The restaurant evokes a feeling of relaxed luxury, with custom art pieces and an open-air patio set within the museum's sculpture garden, designed by Isamu Noguchi.
Le Jardinier - Houston was awarded One Michelin Star in 2024 and 2025.
