An apprentice to acclaimed Master Chef Masa Takayama at New York City's three-Michelin-star Masa, Chef Chen draws on his 20 years of experience to reinterpret classic Japanese cuisine.
Part of Omei Restaurant Group, Kōsen was awarded One Michelin Star in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
