Bresca is renowned for its distinctive, seasonally inspired menu of original dishes made with the best responsibly sourced ingredients. Jônt, Chef Ratino's 14-seat chef's counter, serves an ingredient-focused tasting menu that highlights the best seasonal ingredients from around the world.
Part of Hive Hospitality, Bresca held One Michelin Star each year from 2019 through 2025 and Jônt held Two Michelin Stars each year from 2021 through 2025; Jônt was also listed among La Liste's Outstanding Restaurants in 2026, and Bresca was a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Hospitality in 2026.
