Borgo is part of the Marlow Collective (Diner, Marlow & Sons, Romans, Achilles Heel) from restaurateur Andrew Tarlow. The group's first restaurant in Manhattan features an expansive formal dining room separated by a fireplace, an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and an ambitious beverage program curated by industry veterans.
Lee Campbell won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service in 2026.
